As the newest member of Tesla's Future Talent Traineeship Programme, you will play a key part in supporting us in our mission 'to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy' and forming the next generation of Tesla talent. Whether you're looking for an alternative to further education, just graduated, or simply wanting a change of career to something more exciting, this is a fantastic opportunity to experience key entry-level roles at Tesla. The programme focuses on potential rather than academic achievement, with mentorship from passionate industry professionals.

We are offering up to 28 vacancies across various UK & Ireland locations, with some sites specializing in our Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) business area:

  • London: Heathrow, Park Royal, Tottenham
  • South Coast: Southampton (CPO), Winchester
  • Home Counties: Chelmsford, Dartford, Gatwick, Guildford, Milton Keynes, Reading (CPO), St Albans
  • Midlands: Longbridge (CPO), Northampton, Nottingham, Solihull, Wolverhampton (CPO & New)
  • Northwest: Manchester Central, Manchester South (CPO)
  • Northeast: Newcastle
  • Scotland: Edinburgh, Glasgow

Please note the final recruitment stage will be an in-person group assessment day in mid-late July 2025 at select locations.

This programme offers a challenging, hands-on experience with rotations across core departments, allowing you to develop a broad skill set and understanding of Tesla's operations. Performance reviews at each rotation will help tailor your development, preparing you for future roles within Tesla. The programme is ideal for motivated self-starters eager to support business functions, meet targets, and bring fresh ideas.

The core departments include:

  • Front of House: Customer and visitor experience
  • Delivery: Customer vehicle collection support
  • Parts: Sourcing and allocating vehicle parts
  • Virtual Prep: Assisting customers pre-service, fault diagnosis, and education
  • Service: Performing vehicle repairs
  • Sales: Supporting customer purchase journeys
  • Elective Rotation: Final rotation aligned with potential future roles

Post-programme, based on your performance, you may have the opportunity to apply for full-time roles aligned with your skills and aspirations.
