At Geely, our story began in 1986 with a simple but powerful idea, an idea that has driven us to become one of the world’s most forward-thinking automotive groups. For nearly three decades, we’ve been redefining mobility through our iconic global brands, including Geely Auto, Volvo Cars, Polestar, Lotus, Zeekr, Lynk & Co, the London Electric Vehicle Company, Farizon, and more. We are Geely Auto UK, the UK arm of Geely Auto Group. Having entered the market in 2025 with our first electric SUV, the Geely EX5, we’re continuing to grow rapidly as we build a nationwide dealer and service network.

Job Purpose

To own the UK CRM and customer engagement product roadmap, ensuring the selection, localisation and implementation of CRM capabilities that enable efficient retail operations (Sales, Finance and Aftersales) and maintain alignment with Global Headquarters’ digital platforms and data standards in China.

Main Responsibilities

  • Systems Strategy & Implementation: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle for UK CRM/DMS solutions (e.g., Pinewood, Keyloop, HubSpot), from selection and localisation through implementation and continuous improvement. Ensure effective integration with UK retail essentials, including vehicle data services (DVLA/HPI) and retail finance products (PCP/HP).
  • Requirements Definition & Translation: Act as the interface between UK business stakeholders and Global R&D, translating dealership pain points and operational needs into clear, structured Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that reflect UK market and retail processes.
  • Regulatory & Financial Compliance: Own governance for UK GDPR and FCA compliance across digital retail and sales enablement tools. Lead and document Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for UK implementations and ensure “privacy by design” principles are applied throughout delivery.
  • Cross-Border Integration: Manage the technical and operational interface between UK “best-of-breed” platforms and Global HQ core systems. Define and oversee automated data synchronisation workflows and KPI reporting (e.g., Leads, Orders, Deliveries, Inventory), ensuring data integrity and alignment to global standards.
  • Adoption & Performance: Drive CRM adoption across the dealership network by defining success measures, monitoring funnel performance, and coordinating enablement activities (training, guidance, and continuous optimisation) to ensure measurable ROI and sustained usage.

Education, Skills And Personal Characteristics Required

  • Degree: Bachelor’s in Business / IT / Computer Science / Automotive (or equivalent).
  • UK automotive retail: Proven experience in UK OEM or major dealer group environment.
  • Delivery background: 5+ years Product/Project delivery, including ownership of complex rollouts.
  • Dealer systems rollout: Hands-on implementation of CRM/DMS in dealership context (e.g., Pinewood/Keyloop/Salesforce/HubSpot).
  • Global collaboration: Comfortable working with HQ / multinational stakeholders across time zones and cultures.
  • Governance & compliance: Strong UK GDPR handling of PII; understanding of FCA‑regulated retail finance journeys.
