The Compensation and Benefits Manager will play a key part in designing, planning, analysis, compliance, risk management, program implementation and stakeholder management for the Total Rewards function.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a team of Compensation & Benefits Partners in driving the execution of regional programs.
  • Provide ongoing support for staffing teams to appropriately align with our competitive practice and philosophy.
  • Act as a business partner, problem solver, and play a governance role in the creation, negotiation, and review of Compensation and Benefits program design and business rules.
  • Diagnose gaps between current and desired state.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and planning to continuously improve our programs and processes.
  • Use strong communication & analytical skills to drive understanding of philosophies, practices and administration among leaders and managers and assist in cascading to all levels of the organization.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous Compensation and Benefits experience with team management, preferably at a high-growth company.
  • Strong vendor management, project management, analytical and problem-solving skills, working knowledge of EMEA labor environment and country regulations.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a deep interest in analyzing data to drive sound decision-making.
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
  • Commitment to take ownership, be hands-on and drive projects and processes end-to-end.
  • Ability to operate in an ambiguous, continuously changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
