Showcase Your Leadership Potential

As a trainee in corporate leadership management, it's essential to highlight any previous leadership experiences, even if they're from school, clubs, or part-time jobs. We want to see your potential to lead, so have specific examples ready that showcase your problem-solving skills and ability to inspire others.

Prepare for Behavioural Questions

Expect a fair few behavioural questions tailored around leadership competencies. Think about situations where you had to lead a project or manage a team, even if it’s something small!
