Role Overview
Are you ready to accelerate the AI evolution of the world's most innovative racing series? We’re looking for an AI Change Manager to join our fast‑paced team on a 12‑month Fixed‑Term Contract (FTC).
You will act as a strategic change lead to drive impactful AI adoption within our business, enabling teams to transition from basic productivity tools to AI‑native architectures. You will discover, design and spearhead AI‑enabled workflows that unlock measurable ROI. Instead of a technical service desk, you will bridge the gap between high‑level business strategy and technical execution, serving as the ultimate catalyst for Google Cloud Platform‑based innovation.
Responsibilities
- Discover & Design New Ways of Working: Map business processes across diverse units (Commercial, Marketing and Event Operations) to identify high‑impact AI use cases, focusing on data readiness, model feasibility and measurable outcomes.
- Drive Change Management & Adoption: Lead business‑wide AI adoption, running monthly AI Change Readiness meetings, maintaining project roadmaps and prioritisation matrices, establishing robust deployment frameworks and change management principles.
- Support Technical Implementation & Architecture: Work hand‑in‑hand with the Technology team, ensuring new AI solutions align with our Data and Cloud architecture, champion prompt engineering and data governance best practices, and facilitate secure development environments and sandboxes.
Qualifications
- Experience with the GenAI landscape (LLMs, RAG, Agentic workflows) and solid knowledge of Data Engineering and Cloud Computing principles.
- Strong facilitation, change management, communication skills and ability to collaborate with data engineers and commercial directors.
- Comfortable evaluating business processes for AI readiness, determining low‑code versus custom ML solutions, mapping data quality and governance impact, and prioritising roadmaps.
- Pragmatic, can‑do mentality, passion for technology’s positive impact, and advocacy for sustainable progress.
Benefits
- 25 days’ annual leave
- Birthday day off and Wellbeing leave
- Health Cash Plan and access to the Aviva Digital Workplace app
- Enhanced Parental Leave
- Flexible Bank Holidays
- Paid volunteer and carer’s leave
- Cycle to Work and Electric Car Scheme
- Formula E store discount
- Regular social events and employee working groups
