車両準備アシスタントは入荷した新車や中古車の在庫を調整し、顧客のための車両準備、ロット管理、洗車、新規顧客配送車の準備を行い、チームメイトと協力して継続的な改善と車両準備の新しい方法を見つけることで、Teslaのお客様へのおもてなしに貢献します。本ポジションには、迅速かつ効率的に仕事をすること、ハイレベルの説明責任を果たすことが必要となります。

What You’ll Do
- 納車・オリエンテーションに関わる様々なチームとのコミュニケーション
- 車両の動きや充電操作の調整や確認、車両の準備検査と安全チェックを実施
- 車両に関する懸念事項の観察と報告
- スケジュールを管理し、優先順位をつけ、期限を守るために効果的に時間を管理する
- 必要に応じて、在庫の管理と備品の再注文
- 問題をトラブルシューティングし、必要に応じて適切なチャネルを介して報告する
- システムに修理作業を入力して完了まで追跡
- 複数の場所にある車両の到着と在庫を調整する
- 社内および第三者の物流担当/業者との調整や出荷書類の作成
- その他、会社の基準に沿った車両の清掃、車両詳細機器の操作、スポットチェックや塗装修正、必要に応じて現場やお客様宅への配送を行うなどのアドホックな業務
