Carpenter Multi-Skilled

We are seeking a Carpenter/Multi-Skilled Tradesperson on a sub-contracting basis who brings extensive knowledge, skills and competency to fulfil this diverse role working on commercial, retail refit, and domestic projects across the UK. Price work will be available.

We require carpentry as your core trade, with additional skills in dry-lining, plumbing, tiling, painting and decorating.

You will need:

• City & Guilds/NVQ Qualified (Carpentry Level 2 Minimum)
• Shop-fitting experience
• Experience and accreditation in fire door installation.
• Experience in completing high quality carpentry with the ability to support/undertake a wide range of duties/trades.
• Able to work unsupervised to a high standard
• Valid CSCS Card, *Own Hand and Power Tools *PPE *Current Full UK Driving Licence with *daily use of own reliable vehicle
• CIS Registered with UTR
• First Class Communication skills

The following would be an advantage but not essential:

• Time-served Apprenticeship
• IPAF
• PASMA
• Current Health & Safety Training certificates (including, but not limited to, Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, Manual Handling & Risk Assessments)

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: £20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Experience:

• post qualification on-site: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• CSCS Card (preferred)
• Full UK Driving Licence with daily access to a vehicle (required)
• NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 Carpentry minimum (required)
