Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 per hour, increasing to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week (you may also work a minimum of 12 hours if that suits you).
Availability Window:
- Sunday: 19:00 – 23:00
- Wednesday: 05:30 – 11:00
- Thursday: 08:00 – 13:30
- Friday: 05:30 – 11:00
- Saturday: 19:00 – 23:00

Responsibilities:
- Know your customers and serve them with passion and pride.
- Be knowledgeable about the products and services within the store.
- Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as needed.
- Apply training so we all work safely, effectively, and serve customers brilliantly.
- Make decisions that are right for customers and deliver routines that meet their needs at the right time.
- Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
- Understand your store’s performance and help drive service and sales while reducing waste, shrink, and delivering profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
- Live our values and make everyone feel welcome while following our policies.
- Accept deliveries into the store when required.
