Technology – Product Management Graduate Scheme in Welwyn Garden City

About the role

From day one, you'll be the voice of our customers, using analytical skills to solve problems, define product roadmaps and bring our products to life, as well as driving internal enhancements to support teams to work more efficiently. During this 2-year scheme, you'll hold workshops with stakeholders, write user stories, collate data and analyse feedback. You'll also spend time in Tesco labs, meeting tech grads, coding and trying our new tech.

Salary:£40,000

Programme start date:6September 2027

You will be responsible for

• Lead a cross-functional team from discovery through to delivery, working closely with Programme Managers and Software Engineers
• Take ownership of the product and its future direction, defining a vision and strategy and creating a backlog that aligns with it

Working at our Welwyn Garden City campus

Our leafy, green campus is just 10 minutes' walk from the centre of Welwyn Garden City with its many shops, restaurants, pubs and sports facilities. Close to the A1, and with frequent trains running to Finsbury Park in just 20 minutes (free shuttle buses take you between the station and office), the campus is well connected to the surrounding area.

On campus, you'll find subsidised restaurants and coffee shops, as well as a Tesco Express to pick up your lunch or last-minute essentials. You can join the on-site Nuffield Health gym, which has state-of-the-art fitness equipment, two studios for group classes, plus treatment rooms (membership costs £23.50 per month).
