As the Store Trading Assistant Merchandiser, you'll be the Commercial & Stock Trading Specialist supporting our Store Trading Manager in delivering effective distribution strategies across the UK, ROI, and Central Europe. Focusing on our 50 Brand Stores, you'll help maximise sales and profitability by identifying trading opportunities, optimising store stock levels, and making informed decisions using merchandising and distribution forecasts.
Working closely with Store Stock Planning, Space Planning, and Supply Chain teams, you'll ensure the right products are in the right places at the right time. You'll also lead the seasonal stock planning critical path, ensuring smooth execution aligned with key KPIs, events, and logistics patterns, supported by regular store visits and communication with Area Managers.

- Operational skills relevant for this job:
- Inventory Management: Ability to Monitor, Control and Optimize stock levels across multiple markets.
- Demand Planning and Forecasting: Using historical data, trends, and predictive analytics to plan stock requirements accurately.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Interpreting sales, stock, and performance data to inform decisions and strategies.
- Stock Allocation & Replenishment: Ensuring correct product placement and timely replenishment to meet customer demand.
- Excellent team player, with strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across departments.
