New for 2026, this two-year scheme brings together the best of general merchandise and fashion under one roof. It’s all about helping you grow into a future leader in buying and merchandising while working with great people, developing exciting products and tackling real commercial challenges.

Responsibilities:
- Rotate across buying and merchandising teams
- Create product ranges for our stores—from cosy home textiles to stylish accessories and seasonal must‑haves
- Collaborate with F&F, our in‑house clothing brand, to learn how fashion trends and customer tastes shape what we offer
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, managing contracts, and ensuring the right products land in the right place at the right time
- Support seasonal and trading moments, such as launching new ranges across the UK, Republic of Ireland and Central Europe
Qualifications:
- Interest in fashion and retail is helpful
- Confidence with numbers or understanding how products perform to support your work (we’ll help you learn)
- Commercial mindset and curiosity about what customers love
