We have an exciting opportunity in the newly formed Personalisation team for a Personalisation Delivery Manager. You'll be working closely with teams across the Tesco Group to help deliver the personalisation strategy, which will be a key driver of Tesco's ongoing growth. You will be responsible for enabling delivery across Personalisation workstreams by leveraging your expertise to mobilise teams and implement strategic interventions that drive value for both customers and shareholders. You will own and evolve the way we deliver Personalisation and customer growth, ensuring our squads and delivery methodologies are optimised for performance and aligned with our long-term ambitions.
