These forums ensure we’re not only doing things right but doing the right things. You’ll translate overarching strategies into practical operating rhythms, influence senior stakeholders, and make complex, customer-led decisions that drive business outcomes. Alongside this, you’ll coach and develop team members, balancing the delivery of short- and long-term value.

You will be responsible for:

  • Own Measurement Strategy: Define and evolve the end-to-end measurement framework, ensuring robust, consistent metrics and methodologies aligned to business objectives.
  • Set Standards & Governance: Establish best practices for testing, controls, and causal inference; act as the quality gatekeeper for all insight outputs.

  • Innovate & Benchmark: Integrate advanced measurement techniques, embed compliance guardrails, and continuously benchmark against industry leaders.
  • Collaborate & Influence: Partner with cross-functional teams and chair governance forums to validate approaches, inform decisions, and foster continuous learning.

You will need:

  • Analytics & Measurement Expertise: Extensive experience in analytics and insights, with strong knowledge of incrementality, controls, and causal measurement in multi-channel environments.
  • Framework Leadership: Proven ability to design and maintain measurement quality frameworks and deliver measurable value through personalisation and CRM initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Skilled at leading complex, multi-disciplinary teams and simplifying technical methodologies for non-technical stakeholders.
