As a Partnerships Coordination Manager, you will see potential everywhere. You will optimise spaces across our estate and take the lead in planning and delivering exciting projects that make a real impact. Working closely with partners and collaborating with the wider property team, you will unlock new opportunities to drive income growth and create lasting value.

You will be responsible for:
- Creating a long-term, customer-led plan that drives loyalty and growth
- Leading problem-solving by identifying key issues and developing effective solutions
- Setting initial plans and collaborating with Partnership Managers to uncover new opportunities
- Finding efficiencies in business cases, installations, and combined projects to unlock innovative solutions
- Working with UK and TBS teams to build schedules, track available space, and report on pipeline progress
- Using insight to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Managing communications across key internal and external stakeholders
- Negotiating commercial agreements with partners and ensuring compliance with corporate policies
- Responding positively to change by improving processes and methodologies
- Making cost-conscious decisions that deliver value
You will need:
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Project Management experience in a retail construction environment (Preferred)
- APM qualification (Desirable)
- Experience in forecasting and budget management
- The ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Project management expertise, including managing complex critical paths
- Cost analysis and reviewing business cases
- Knowledge of category strategy development and retail experience
- Understanding of customer insight, market trends, and competitor activity
- Legal and commercial negotiation skills
- Ability to build and manage external relationships effectively
