As a Marketing Manager for F&F, you will lead the development and execution of marketing plans for F&F clothing, drive customer engagement, and achieve commercial objectives. Accountable for working with internal teams and agency partners to deliver impactful campaigns and marketing initiatives across all channels. This role is part of the Clothing brand and marketing team.

You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing the Clothing marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with broader Tesco brand objectives and customer insights.
- Leading the creation and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including TV, radio, DOOH, digital, social media, in-store, print, and events.
- Collaborating with Product and Buying teams to create campaigns that highlight key product ranges, seasonal launches, and promotions.
- Working closely with the Social Media and Content teams to ensure a cohesive tone of voice and brand presence across all platforms.
- Overseeing the production of marketing assets, managing timelines, budgets, and creative outputs to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Utilizing customer insights and data to inform strategy, refine messaging, and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
- Partnering with the Media Planning team to develop media plans that balance reach, engagement, and ROI, ensuring efficient allocation of budgets.
- Coordinating with PR and Influencer Marketing teams to amplify campaigns through earned media and partnerships.
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Managing relationships with creative and media agencies, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Championing the F&F brand internally, fostering collaboration across departments to deliver integrated campaigns.
