About the role: As a Lead Product Manager for Homepage & Navigation you will define and drive the strategy for Tesco's most important digital customer touchpoints across web and app.

You will lead a team of Product Managers responsible for creating a seamless, personalised and scalable experience that helps millions of customers discover, navigate, shop and engage across Tesco's digital ecosystem.You will shape the vision for the homepage, global navigation, proposition discovery and personalisation experiences, ensuring customers can effortlessly move between missions, propositions and services including Grocery, Marketplace, F&F, Whoosh and Clubcard.
You will balance customer needs, commercial priorities and technology opportunities to create experiences that drive engagement, basket growth and long-term customer value.As a Lead Product Manager, you will be expected to represent your product area to senior leadership, build trusted relationships across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing and Proposition teams, and have a deep understanding of customer behaviour, business performance and key product metrics.
