The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

About the role

Availability Window Days: Tue 22:00 - Wed 06:00, Thu 22:00 - Fri 06:00, Sat 22:00 - Sun 06:00

Part of the Distribution Centre Management Team, providing excellent service to stores by leading a team that operates an efficient and compliant Warehouse Service operation. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing team to deliver Warehouse Service routines/standards in line with the operating model.
  • Supporting the supply chain process by resolving supplier-related matters collaboratively.
  • Planning resource and equipment for seasonal, trade, and promotional events to maximize sales.
  • Collaborating with Warehouse Service Team and Shift Managers to ensure best-in-class operating procedures.
  • Leading, coaching, and supporting team members to meet targets and maintain efficiency.
  • Ensuring accurate goods delivery to Stores to improve product availability and customer satisfaction.
  • Using people routines to meet colleagues' needs and providing strong leadership.
  • Delivering operational routines and making customer-focused decisions.
  • Partnering with the Distribution Centre Management team and acting as a role model.
  • Analyzing data, identifying root causes, and implementing improvements.
  • Maintaining high standards across all operational areas.
  • Providing presence and support in Goods In, Assembly, OTB, FLT, and Goods Out areas, coaching colleagues proactively.
  • Working closely with the Delivery Service Team to meet the Transport Plan.
  • Making management decisions as needed for customer and Tesco benefit.
  • Adhering to the Business Code of Conduct and Data Protection Law with integrity.
