About the role
We’re looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our Goole Distribution Centre. No previous warehouse experience required – full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Support store colleagues by assembling orders accurately.
- Pick and manually handle stock.
- Maintain a clear and tidy warehouse, ensuring hazards are addressed safely and efficiently.
- Receive, store, pack and transport stock to the highest standards.
- Take ownership of personal and team safety.
- Use provided tools and mechanical handling equipment efficiently.
- Work independently as well as part of a team.

Shift & Pay
Any 5 days from 7 – rotating each week between 06:00‑14:00 and 14:00‑22:00 (37.5 hrs per week including some weekend work). Hourly rate: Days £14.58 ph + additional overtime, weekend and other premium payments. Performance‑related bonus: 88 % + £0.30 p per hour, 92 % + £0.60 p per hour, 99 % + £1.00 p per hour.
