No prior experience required. Tesco will provide full training.

Responsibilities

  • Support store colleagues by ensuring orders are assembled accurately.
  • Pick and manually handle stock.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse and address potential hazards safely.
  • Ensure stock is received, stored, packed and transported to the highest standards.
  • Take ownership of your own and others\’ safety.
  • Use provided tools and mechanical handling equipment efficiently.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.

Pay & shifts

Location: Carnegie Road, EH54 8TB

Shift pattern: Week 1: 06:00‑14:00, Week 2: 14:00‑22:00 (rotating day shift 5 out of 7 days) plus nights: 22:00‑06:00 (permanent). Must work both shifts alternating weekly.

Basic hourly rate: £14.68 per hour. Performance‑related bonus: 88 % + £0.30 extra; 92 % + £0.60 extra; 99 % + £1.00 extra.

Overtime and premium payments available.
