Contract: Permanent

Shift Pattern: Varies from day to day but are planned in advance.

Successful applicants will need to provide bank details before start date.

Responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting and training team members, developing their operational and leadership skills.
  • Coaching the team on products, building the store's brand, and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Driving trade activity, growing sales, and maximizing profit.
  • Building manager knowledge to deliver the Store Change Plan and resource planning.
  • Ensuring store safety and legal trading practices.
