About the role
Availability Window: Days: Sun-Sat 07:00 - 22:00
Shift Leader pay: Starts from £14.28 an hour; increases to £15.41 for stores inside the M25.
It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with opportunities to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12).
Responsibilities:
- Work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Take ownership of running duty shifts.
- Provide great customer service.
- Support and guide colleagues in-store.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Assist managers in improving store operations.
