Job Details
We are hiring a Shift Leader at Tesco, Preston Road Express. The role offers a competitive hourly rate starting from £14.76, increasing to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). You will be scheduled within specific availability windows, with 3 weeks\’ notice of your shifts. Flexibility is supported, and we encourage candidates whose availability closely matches our needs to apply.
Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations and team coordination during shifts
- Assist customers and ensure excellent service
- Support store cleanliness, stock levels, and safety procedures
