About the role

Availability Window

Days and times:

• Sun: 15:30 – 24:00
• Thu: 15:30 – 24:00
• Fri: 15:30 – 24:00
• Sat: 15:30 – 24:00

Shift Leader rate of pay: Starts from £14.28 an hour; this increases to £15.41 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.

It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you’d like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12), we have opportunities for this too.

As a Shift Leader you’ll:

• Work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Take ownership of running duty shifts.
• Be there for customers and help ensure they leave satisfied.
• Look for ways to improve service.
• Guide and support your colleagues, ensuring safety.
• Maintain a great understanding of store performance.
• Lead by example.
