About the role:

  • Mon: 15:15 - 24:00
  • Wed: 05:30 - 12:30
  • Fri: 05:30 - 12:15

Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.28 an hour; this increases to £15.41 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.

It’s our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you’d like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too.

As a Shift Leader you’ll:

  • Work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Take ownership of running duty shifts, coordinating the team to deliver a clean, well-stocked store.
  • Be there for customers, listening to them and helping to make sure they leave the store satisfied.
  • Look for ways to improve service, including coaching your colleagues.
  • Guide and support your colleagues in-store, ensuring safety.
  • Maintain a great understanding of how your store is performing.
  • Lead from the front, setting a great example for your colleagues.
