Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We will schedule your hours within the specified availability windows and provide 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. We support flexibility; if your available times closely match but are not exactly the advertised times, we still encourage you to apply.
