The predicted salary is between 13 - 14 £ per hour.
Our Skilled Baker rate of pay starts from £13.38 an hour; this increases to £14.59 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with opportunities for 12 hours for those who need flexibility.

Responsibilities
- Know your customers and serve them with passion and pride.
- Bake in waves for scratch products to keep fresh products throughout the day, minimising waste and ensuring yield for great quality.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
- Adhere to all food hygiene, safety and allergen guidelines at all times.
- Be passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within my department and my store.
- Put into practice the training you have received, so we all work safely, effectively and serve our customers brilliantly.
- Proactively check the emergency stop buttons are working and all machinery is safe to use before operation, reporting any next steps to the Shift Leader/Team Manager.
- Dispose of waste responsibly, following food waste and recycling routines.
- Be knowledgeable about your store's performance, understand the part you play and what we need to do together to drive service and sales, reduce waste and shrink and deliver profit.
- Be yourself, live our values, make everyone feel welcome and always follow our policies.
- Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
