Pay & Hours
Our Phone Shop colleague rate of pay starts from £12.87 an hour. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. If you prefer fewer hours (minimum 12), we can accommodate.
Availability windows:
- Sunday: 12:45 – 18:00
- Friday: 13:00 – 19:00
- Saturday: 13:00 – 19:00
Responsibilities
- Deliver a great shopping experience for customers every day, following all opening and closing routines.
- Ensure all facilities are in good working order and available for customers.
- Listen for and act on customer feedback.
- Create a positive impression, role‑modeling great standards of dress and being ready to serve customers.
- Practice the service culture, demonstrating enthusiastic and helpful behaviour.
- Protect the legal brand by delivering compliance, understanding all safe and legal routines.
- Support your manager in controlling costs and delivering budgets.
- Help maintain stock record accuracy and prepare for stock control routines.
