Colleague rate of pay starts from ÂŁ12.45 per hour; ÂŁ13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
It is our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. If you would like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12), we have opportunities for this too.
We schedule contracted hours within the availability windows and provide 3 weeks’ notice of shifts. We support flexibility if your availability is close to the advertised times.

Responsibilities
- Be a colleague in-store who helps to serve shoppers better every day.

- Work across service, picking, and replenishment areas as needed.
- Apply training to work safely, effectively, and to serve customers brilliantly.
- Make decisions that meet customer needs and deliver the right routines in-store.
- Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
- Understand store performance and contribute to service, sales, waste reduction, and profitability.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and minimize damage.
- Represent the brand values and follow policies; be welcoming to all colleagues and customers.
- Occasionally assist with deliveries into the store.
