Tesco Colleague Nights – Flitwick Superstore
Join us as a Tesco Colleague for night shifts at Flitwick Superstore. We invite all interested applicants to apply now.
Pay: Starting at ÂŁ12.45 per hour (increases to ÂŁ13.66 for stores inside the M25). Additional night premium of ÂŁ2.35 per hour worked between midnight and 6am. Other payments may apply depending on location.
We offer a minimum guaranteed 16 hours per week, with the option to work as few as 12 hours if preferred.
Availability Window
- Sun – 22:00 to 07:00
- Mon – 22:00 to 04:45
- Fri – 22:00 to 07:00
- Sat – 22:00 to 07:00
Responsibilities
- Know your customers and serve them with passion and pride.
- Show enthusiasm for the products and services in the store.
- Work across the store, including picking and replenishment areas.
- Apply training on safety, effectiveness and customer service.
- Make decisions that are right for customers and deliver routines that meet their needs.
- Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
- Understand the store’s performance and work to drive service and sales while reducing waste and shrinkage.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
- Live our values: make everyone feel welcome and always follow policies.
- Occasionally accept deliveries into the store.
