Pay and Hours
Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.
It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. If you prefer fewer hours (minimum 12), we have opportunities for this too.
The table shows the preferred availability times. We will schedule your hours within these times, with 3 weeks\’ notice of your shifts. We support flexibility; if your availability closely matches but not exactly the advertised times, we’d still love to hear from you. Read more.
Customer Service and Responsibilities
