Pay starts from £12.45 per hour and increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

It is our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. If you would like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12), we have opportunities for this too.

The availability windows show the periods of time in the week we would like you to be available to work. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and you will have 3 weeks\’ notice of exactly when your shifts will be. We are happy to support flexibility if your available times match closely but not exactly to the advertised times.

You will be responsible for

  • Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride; delivering great natural service.
  • Being passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within the store.
  • Working across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
  • Applying training to work safely, effectively and to serve customers brilliantly.
  • Making decisions that are right for customers and delivering routines in store that meet customer needs.
  • Taking part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere.
  • Understanding store performance and contributing to service, sales, waste reduction and profit.
  • Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure delivery to customers in good condition.
  • Being myself, living our values, making everyone feel welcome and following our policies.
  • Occasionally accepting deliveries into the store.
