Tesco Colleague – Frodsham Helsby Superstore
Location: Frodsham Helsby Superstore, England
Our pay starts from £12.45 per hour, increasing to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply based on location.
Minimum guaranteed hours: 16 per week (or 12 for part‑time). Flexible scheduling with 3‑week shift notice.
Responsibilities
- Know customers and serve them with passion and pride, delivering excellent natural service.
- Be passionate and knowledgeable about the store’s products and services.
- Work across the store, including service, picking and replenishment areas.
- Apply training safely and effectively to serve customers brilliantly.
- Make customer‑centric decisions and execute store routines.
- Participate in seasonal, community and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere.
- Understand store performance, reduce waste, shrink and drive profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality.
- Live Tesco’s values, make everyone feel welcome and follow policies.
- May be required to accept deliveries into the store.
