Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. If you’d prefer to work fewer hours (minimum of 12), we have opportunities for that too and would love to hear from you.

Availability Window
- Monday: 14:00 - 20:30
- Tuesday: 14:00 - 20:30
- Thursday: 08:00 - 14:30
- Saturday: 16:00 - 22:00
Pay and Hours
Starting from £12.45/hour, increasing to £13.66 within M25. Minimum of 16 guaranteed hours, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We accommodate flexible schedules and provide 3 weeks’ notice for shifts.
