Tesco Colleague – Bicester Superstore
Pay: Starting at £12.45 an hour, increasing to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply.
Minimum 16 guaranteed hours per week; flexible down to 12 hours.
Availability Window
- Sun: 15:00 – 23:00
- Mon: 15:00 – 23:00
- Thu: 20:00 – 23:00
- Fri: 08:00 – 16:00
Shifts will be scheduled within these times with three weeks’ notice.
Responsibilities
- Know customers and serve them with passion and pride.
- Be passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services.
- Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
- Apply training to work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.
- Make customer‑centric decisions and deliver routines that meet customers’ needs.
- Participate in seasonal, community and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere.
- Understand store performance, reduce waste and shrink, and drive profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality.
- Live our values and follow policies; be a brand ambassador.
- Accept deliveries into the store when required.
