You will collaborate with tech and business teams across the business, meeting the strategic goals of a project, managing plans and risks, and tracking progress with Software Engineers and Product Managers.

You bring people together to make things happen, delivering projects that tick all the boxes and keep stakeholders happy. Use tracking and monitoring tools like JIRA or Aha.

We are looking for potential, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. We will support you to build the rest. An interest in planning, organising, and helping others stay on track is useful. Being able to spot when something's not going to plan, and knowing how to get support is something we really value.

Communication is key, but you do not need to have project management experience yet. You might know us as a supermarket, technology company, or even for our award-winning mobile network. Truth is, we are all those things, and much more. Our colleagues work with one goal in mind, helping to make every day a little better for our customers, colleagues, and communities all over the world.

No two customers are the same, neither are our colleagues. At Tesco, we champion a balance that lets you thrive both in and out of work. Spend 60% of your week collaborating with colleagues at our office locations or local sites and the rest remotely. Whether you are just kicking off your career, juggling passions, or navigating big life events, we are here to support you.

We always welcome a conversation about flexible working, so talk to us throughout your application about how we can support. We are proud to be an accredited Disability Confident Leader, where everyone is welcome. That is why we commit to providing a fully inclusive and accessible recruitment process. If you need support with your application, please reach out for more information.

Working at our Welwyn Garden City campus, our leafy, green campus is just 10 minutes' walk from the centre of Welwyn Garden City with its many shops, restaurants, pubs, and sports facilities.
