Overview
As a Technical Programme Manager, you will steer complex cross-functional technology programmes that support colleagues and improve customer experiences.
You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering and business teams to drive value rapidly, shaping delivery and governance across Tesco.

- Deliver complex programmes with multiple business and technical risks impacting Tesco priorities
- Create and track a programme plan including technical implementation, keeping stakeholders updated
- Navigate trade-offs in software delivery by influencing Engineering and Product for best value
- Foresee risks, establish processes, facilitate discussions and manage escalations
- Understand technical architecture to assess dependencies and timelines
- Apply engineering best practices and infrastructure awareness to delivery challenges
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define annual budget requirements
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to deliver software or professional services
- Contribute actively to the TPM community
