Team Manager – Skipton role at Tesco. Shift pattern: varies day to day but planned in advance. Availability window: Mon 07:00-22:00 Tue 07:00-22:00 Thu 07:00-22:00 Fri 07:00-22:00 Sat 07:00-22:00.

• Talking to colleagues to share and encourage new ideas and best practice.
• Being warm and welcoming, taking time to recognise and listen to others.

• Maximising sales, impact and presentation for the department while ensuring safety, compliance and timely placement.
• Leading from the front on the store floor with colleagues and customers, on the office and on the floor.
• Spotting talent and giving feedback and support so team members can be their best.
