Responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading in-store operations as a Tesco Store manager, driving performance and demonstrating how to deliver excellent customer service. You will be a role model, helping colleagues to know and love our products and services, involving everyone in community projects, and helping you grow your own team by spotting talent and giving feedback and support.
You will maximise sales, impact and presentation for your department, while ensuring safety, compliance and proper staffing at all times. This role is about being on the store floor, leading from the front with your colleagues and customers.
