Responsibilities
- Lead from the front on the store floor, engaging with colleagues and customers.
- Maximise sales, impact and presentation across your department while ensuring safety and compliance.
- Spot talent, give feedback and support team members to help them be their best.
- Build a strong team spirit, network relationships beyond the store, and lead people through change together.
