Role Overview
We are seeking a resilient, solution-focused Supply Chain Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping operational practices during Venus' integration into Booker systems. You will drive service excellence, optimise supply chain efficiency, and reduce costs while leading a team of two Supply Planners. Your remit will span inventory management, demand forecasting, and supplier collaboration, ensuring consistent stock availability across depots and retail sites. Daily reporting on shortages and out-of-stocks will provide vital insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Location
This role is based out of Tottenham. 62 Garman Rd, London N17 0UT. The successful candidate will be required to spend up to 3 days in the office.

You will be responsible for:
- Product availability and maintaining optimal stock levels across all sites
- Leading, coaching, and supporting your team through organisational change
- Proactively escalating, challenging, and resolving supply chain issues
- Producing daily reports on supplier shortages and stock gaps
- All key performance indicators sales, stock and availability
- Managing inter-company stock transfers between depots
- Partnering with logistics teams to optimise turnover and minimise out-of-stocks
- Collaborating with the Buying team on forecasting, promotions, and new product launches
- Developing demand scenarios to address market fluctuations and seasonal peaks
You will need:
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Experience in demand planning and forecasting
- Proven problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- Effective stakeholder management across teams and suppliers
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar supply chain role
- Competent at multitasking with exceptional attention to detail

- Previous experience within the drinks industry
