About the role:
Tesco: Contract: Permanent. Shift Pattern: Varies from day to day but are planned in advance.
You will be responsible for:
- Recruiting and training the best people for your team, developing their operational and leadership skills.
- Coaching your team to be passionate and knowledgeable about store products, building the brand and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Leading your team in driving trade activity to grow sales and maximize profit.
- Building your managers' knowledge to deliver the Store Change Plan and resource planned activities, ensuring optimal staffing and resolving root causes of issues.
- Ensuring the safety of colleagues by coaching the team to use all security tools and maintaining a legally compliant store environment.
