As the Store (Retail) Designer, you\’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding conceptual designs and transforming them into exceptional customer experiences. You will have experience designing and developing world leading retail environments, with a particular focus on fast-paced grocery and branded retail environments.
Having the ability to produce commercially viable, high-quality designs is essential, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to communicate simply and clearly through conceptual hand drawn sketches, computer visuals and presentation packs.
You will be comfortable and experienced working on multiples projects simultaneously, whilst also maintaining a high standard and attention to detail.
About the role
As the Store (Retail) Designer, you\’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding conceptual designs and transforming them into exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for
- Developing innovative and strategic retail design concepts that balance creative vision with commercial objectives.
- Contributing to the creation of world-class retail environments, supported by a strong portfolio of recent design work.
- Working independently and collaboratively within project teams to develop and refine design concepts.
- Creating compelling visual representations of ideas through both hand-drawn sketches and computer-generated visuals.
- Producing high-quality presentations and design packs for senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Interpreting and simplifying complex design briefs, delivering clear, actionable design solutions.
- Use industry-standard tools including SketchUp, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint to bring concepts to life.
You will need
- Proven track record with a strong portfolio of recent retail design projects.
- Skilled in conceptual thinking, balancing strategy with high-quality design execution.
- Proficient in SketchUp, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint.
- Strong visual communication skills, both hand-drawn and digital.
- Experienced in creating compelling presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Able to interpret complex briefs and deliver clear, creative solutions.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and collaborative in fast-paced environments.

- Annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary
