Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to join our UK stores. You’ll lead the team to deliver a great customer experience, across all store areas, and act as the go-to person for daily operational queries. You’ll coach colleagues and foster inclusive relationships, keeping the team informed and motivated.
In the Manager’s absence, you’ll confidently lead the store and adapt to change. We offer a minimum of 16 hours per week, with some locations providing 12-hour options.
