The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are looking for an experienced Property Project Manager to deliver high-quality remodel projects across our estate. This is a new role within the team, offering a fantastic opportunity to help shape how we deliver remodels going forward. You will work with a high level of autonomy, leading complex projects across Express, Superstore and Extra formats, including capital replacement of refrigeration and wider maintenance works.

You will be responsible for:
- Leading your projects through the full Tesco governance process, ensuring all approvals, plans and documentation are in place.
- Delivering Remodel Projects across multiple store formats, including capital replacement of fridges and wider maintenance and property improvement works.
- Minimising disruption in live retail environments, ensuring the safest and most efficient phasing of works.
- Owning relationships with internal teams and external partners: developers, local authorities, consultants, service providers and landlords.
- Managing risk effectively and identifying opportunities to improve delivery, cost efficiency and customer experience.
- Leading the health & safety culture across your projects.
- Managing performance of suppliers, consultants and external project managers.
- Ensuring projects are fully closed out with all snagging managed and documented.
You will need:
- Strong project management experience in live trading retail environments, with a clear understanding of how to minimise operational disruption.
- Construction project management experience, ideally within supermarkets, convenience or other complex retail settings.
- Proven retail management background is highly desirable - understanding store operations is key.
- Strong stakeholder management across multiple internal and external teams.
- Awareness of the latest Building Safety Act requirements and responsibilities of a Project Manager.
- Experience in design, planning, cost control and health & safety compliance.
