About the role
As a Project Manager within Tesco’s Property function, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality project. You’ll work within a job share working closely with leadership teams across the Property life cycle to define & craft change work to deliver our property plan and strategy. You will be responsible for
- Work with leadership teams across the Property life cycle to define & craft change work to deliver our property plan and strategy.
- Engage and align with broader business collaborators to collaboratively deliver change.
- Support subject matter expertise and development on standard process of project and change management.
- Provide recommendations to improve and sustain changes that are being or have been delivered.
- Build alignment to delivery of the operational improvement plan projects & programmes.
- Embed our framework for Change, Project & Programme Management throughout Property
- Lead and develop high performing matrix project NWT’s using our Winning Together Behaviours
- Establish and facilitate the appropriate levels of governance to provide oversight and direction for the project/programme.
- Manage interdependencies and impacts across project/ programme
- Drive progress in a consistent, transparent way, and identify and manage issues, risks and opportunities
