About the role

As a Project Manager within Tesco’s Property function, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality project. You’ll work within a job share working closely with leadership teams across the Property life cycle to define & craft change work to deliver our property plan and strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where innovation and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do.

You will be responsible for

  • Work with leadership teams across the Property life cycle to define & craft change work to deliver our property plan and strategy.
  • Engage and align with broader business collaborators to collaboratively deliver change.
  • Support subject matter expertise and development on standard process of project and change management.
  • Provide recommendations to improve and sustain changes that are being or have been delivered.
  • Build alignment to delivery of the operational improvement plan projects & programmes.
  • Embed our framework for Change, Project & Programme Management throughout Property
  • Lead and develop high performing matrix project NWT’s using our Winning Together Behaviours
  • Establish and facilitate the appropriate levels of governance to provide oversight and direction for the project/programme.
  • Manage interdependencies and impacts across project/ programme
  • Drive progress in a consistent, transparent way, and identify and manage issues, risks and opportunities
