As a Product Manager, you are responsible for delivering cyber security to the business and value to colleagues as they go about their everyday work. You will be accountable for creating and driving the product vision & strategy for network and endpoint security, partnering with stakeholders across Cyber Security strategy and Infrastructure teams to set the future direction as part of the wider Cyber Security strategy. You wil drive discovery, set priorities, create backlogs, write user stories, and partner with necessary engineering teams to deliver measurable value to colleagues.

You will be an ambassador for colleagues and well informed by data.

Responsibilities

  • Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
  • Evolving and drive the product vision, strategy, and the long-term roadmap
  • Proactively partnering with peers and senior stakeholders to set the future direction of my product as part of the wider Cyber Security strategy
  • Understanding key user personas, customers & stakeholders for the product and their pain points
  • Conducting continuous discovery with colleagues from across the
  • The performance and adoption of the product and work towards achieving outcomes, objectives and key results (OKRs)
  • Prioritising work and decisively resolving trade-offs with peers and senior leaders
  • Effectively documenting and explaining new requirements to the engineering team using user stories with acceptance criteria, helping the team in breaking down complex work into smaller, deliverable chunks of value that can be delivered faster.
  • Steering sprint planning sessions by working with the engineering counterparts to plan sprints that deliver maximum business value in least effort
  • Driving the acceptance and adoption of ideas and improvements with product teams and engineering stakeholders
  • Prioritising, coordinating and communicating the resolution of live product issues independently
  • Providing leadership and direction to cross functional team(s) on short-term tasks/ near-term priorities

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Cyber Security fundamentals – able to translate complex security principles into practical, user-centric solutions.
  • UX/UI research skills – experienced in gathering insights through qualitative and quantitative research to inform design and product decisions.
  • Deep customer empathy – skilled at identifying real user pain points and turning them into impactful product opportunities.
  • Experimentation & validation mindset – comfortable using hypothesis-driven development, A/B testing, and data-led validation to shape product direction.
  • Experience in enterprise technology design – adept at building scalable, secure, and reliable solutions within complex enterprise ecosystems.
  • Ability to craft product vision & strategy – able to define and communicate a clear, inspiring vision aligned to business and customer outcomes.
  • Strong prioritisation skills – capable of balancing competing demands and focusing teams on high-impact work.
  • Roadmapping experience – skilled in translating strategy into actionable product roadmaps with measurable milestones.
  • Product delivery experience – proven ability to take products from concept through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
