Overview
As Access Management Product Manager, you deliver value for colleagues and security within IAM, focusing on access management, authorisation and governance. You work hands-on to shape the product vision with peers, writing user stories and prioritising backlogs. You stay ahead of Identity Security and Zero Trust trends and translate them for stakeholders. This role combines delivery with strategic collaboration in a large, flexible organisation.

Responsibilities
- Evolve and deliver the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Access Management capabilities
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to shape future product direction within the wider business strategy
- Understand personas, customers, and pain points across access request, approval, provisioning, and governance journeys
- Drive performance, adoption, and effectiveness against OKRs
- Prioritise work and navigate trade-offs with peers and stakeholders
- Develop and improve access management capabilities (RBAC, policy-based access, joiner-mover-leaver, access recertification, governance controls)
- Coordinate with engineering, security, and business teams to balance security, usability, and operational efficiency
Key requirements
- IAM experience with exposure to Access Management, IGA, Provisioning, or PAM
- User-focused product principles and ability to design intuitive access experiences
- Ability to interpret customer research and operational insights
- Awareness of different user personas in access lifecycles
- Experience writing user stories and delivering with engineering teams
- Understanding of RBAC, least privilege, segregation of duties, access certification, lifecycle management
- Basic understanding of how large tech systems interact and health metrics
