Working directly with a People Advisor and an excellent People team you will be responsible for providing a timely, accurate and effective service to Our People colleagues, encompassing recruitment, employee relations and All people related administration. You will act as a point of contact for queries and ensure we always offer a high level of service to support our managers and colleagues. Providing administrative support to People Advisor with reference to new starter packs, probation reviews, attendance letters and PIP monitoring

You will be responsible for
Ensuring that colleagues are fully aware of benefits, policies, procedures and expectations
Ensuring all People matters are handled fairly, consistently and confidentially in line with legal and company requirements
Organising and coordinating on-boarding of new employees
Supporting in note taking for formal meetings when required
Filing, maintaining records and general organisation within the team
Supporting site audits when necessary
Constantly looking for ways to improve the way we work
Building relationships and working collaboratively with all teams and departments within the business to ensure we are providing the very best support to deliver business goals
Other ad-hoc responsibilities to support the People team as well as other departments as required
You will need
Skills/Knowledge essential :
To be successful in this role your skills and qualifications will include:-
Experience of Recruitment or HR Administration (ideal), Organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise own workload without close supervision, Efficient and able to work at a fast pace with varied tasks
First class communication skills, both written and verbal. A natural at communicating confidently across all levels in a clear and engaging way
High standard of ethics, integrity and confidentiality, Team orientated, Results focused
Competent in Microsoft Office applications specifically Excel.
