In this role you will lead the in-store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting growth and operational excellence. You will recruit, train, and develop colleagues, drive sales with data-driven trade activity, and ensure safe, compliant store operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to implement the Store Change Plan and seek opportunities to improve the store for customers and the community. This is a dynamic, inclusive role that offers stability, flexibility, and career progression.

Responsibilities
- Lead the team to deliver a great in-store customer experience
- Recruit, train and develop colleagues to build a high-performing team
- Coach the team to be knowledgeable about products and deliver quality service
- Lead trade activity to grow sales and maximise profit
- Deliver and adapt the Store Change Plan to optimise resources and hours for customers
- Identify and resolve root-cause issues with sustainable solutions
- Prioritise colleague safety and ensure legal compliance by using security and safety tools
- Stay curious and seek opportunities to serve customers, communities and the planet
