Permanent full‑time position with a flexible shift pattern that is planned in advance. Offer subject to providing bank account details before the agreed start date.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and train a high‑performing team, developing operational and leadership skills.
  • Coach the team to be passionate about the store’s products and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Lead trade activity, using expertise to grow sales and maximise profit.
  • Implement Store Change Plan and resource‑planned activities, ensuring hours are allocated effectively and resolving root‑cause issues with sustainable solutions.
  • Prioritise safety, maintaining a legal trading environment and coaching the use of security tools.
